Farm in the traditional agricultural land close to Murtensee in Central Switzerland, from which much of the country’s fruit and vegetables are still produced, ironically often using modern soil-less techniques. Almost all of the farmwork is carried out by seasonal migrant labour from Portugal, Macedonia, Poland and Roumania.
