The President of the UN Human Rights Council in Geneva, the Austrian Ambassador Elisabeth Tichy-Fisslberger giving an interview to UN radio after formally announcing the closure of the present session of the council due to the Coronavirus, following on from the announcement the day before of a pandemic by the World Health Organization. The session, had already moved from its habitual setting to the Palais des Nation's largest room, the Assembly Hall, so that people could seated with enough space between them to reduce the risk of infection.
